Mr. Goldring's practice concentrates on health care law and the health care provider. Mr. Goldring represents medical groups, provider organizations, physicians, medical facilities, home health agencies, and other providers. He routinely represents health care providers in matters relating to health care network development and integration, managed care, provider licensing and privileges, antitrust, regulatory compliance, and business formation and structuring. He serves as special health care counsel to consultants and other law firms, is a frequent lecturer on health care issues, and is the author of numerous health care related articles. Mr. Goldring's law practice also emphasizes computer law and secured transactions (including loan workouts, real property secured transactions and bankruptcy litigation). Mr. Goldring is a member and former chairman of the Real Property Section of the Fresno County Bar Association (1992-1997) and a member and former chairman of the Fresno County Real Estate Roundtable (1993-1997). He is a member of the American Health Care Lawyers Association, California Society for Health Care Attorneys, San Joaquin Ag Lenders Society, and the Fresno County, Los Angeles County, California, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the: State of California (1989), and the U.S. District Court (Eastern District). He is a graduate of: San Joaquin College of Law (JD, 1989) and the University of Southern California (BS, 1982). |
