Mara M. Erlach graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with honors. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of California, Davis in 2002, having won the 2002 Nathan Burkan Memorial writing competition and holding officerships in several on-campus clubs. Ms. Erlach, who has been awarded a CV Peer Review Rating, practices in the areas of estate planning, corporate and business law, and intellectual property. She is experienced in drafting estate plans ranging from simple wills to complex trusts. Her practice also emphasizes the service of the needs of businesses, offering legal services ranging from corporate formation to trademark protection. Prior to joining Fishman, Larsen, Goldring and Zeitler, Ms. Erlach was an estate planner practicing primarily in the Bay Area. Ms. Erlach is a Co-Chair of the Estate Planning Section of the Fresno County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Fresno Estate Planning Council, Fresno County Young Lawyers Association, and the Fresno County Bar Association, as well as a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California. Ms. Erlach is the Treasurer of the North Fresno Leads Group and is a member of California Women Lawyers, Fresno Women Lawyers, and the Fresno Women's Network. Ms. Erlach is licensed to practice law in the State of California and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
